how long does delivery take
7 to 13 working days after payment. Orders ship from our partner's warehouse in China: 1 to 3 days to reach the warehouse, 6 to 10 working days to reach you. You get a tracking link by email when the parcel is on its way.
how do returns work
Returns policy follows soon. We promise nothing we cannot keep.
What is already certain: items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original state to be returned. [The return window, the return address and who pays the return shipping are settled before launch and stated here and on every product page.]
Where returns are sent to, and who pays the return shipping, is being settled. Until it is, we do not claim free returns and we do not name a return address here. When it is settled, it will be on every product page — above the button, not in the small print.

which size do I take
Every product page carries a size chart in centimetres, per size, with one line of fit advice: true to size, runs small: take one size up, or runs large: take one size down.
Until a sample is measured, the chart is the manufacturer's, and it says so on the page. Once we have measured a sample, the measured chart replaces it.
The most reliable way to choose: take a garment you own that fits the way you want this one to fit, lay it flat, and compare its measurements with the chart. The fit guide explains where to measure.
what is it made of
The composition on the page is the manufacturer's until we have measured a sample; then it is what we measured. We do not describe a fabric as lighter, softer or heavier than it is, and we do not add claims like "breathable" or "water-repellent" without a test.
The product photos show the real fabric: its weave, weight and drape, on a plain grey ground, without decor. If a sample turns out to differ from the picture, we replace the picture, not the description.
can I change or cancel my order
Email roy@delineateclothing.com with your order number as soon as you can. [Until the order has left the warehouse we can change or cancel it; once it has shipped, it follows the returns policy.]
where do you ship
To the United States. [Import duties and customs: whether they are included in the price is confirmed before launch.]
how can I pay
[The payment methods follow the payment provider — cards, PayPal, Shop Pay and Apple Pay are the intended set.] Prices are in US dollars; sales tax, where it applies, is shown at checkout.
why are there no reviews
Because there are none yet. We will show reviews when real customers have written them, with a count that comes from the review system — not before.
