Terms of service

1. who we are

delineate. is a trading name of [company name], KvK [number], VAT [number], [address], the Netherlands. Email: roy@delineateclothing.com. These terms apply to every order placed in this shop.

2. the offer and the contract

Every product page states the price, the composition as we know it, the size chart in centimetres and the delivery time. A contract is formed when you place an order and we confirm it by email. If a product is unavailable after all, we tell you within two working days and refund any payment in full.

3. prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax, where it applies, is shown at checkout. Payment is made at checkout through the payment methods offered there. [Whether import duties and customs are included in the price is confirmed before launch.]

4. delivery

Delivered in 7 to 13 working days after payment, to addresses in the United States. Orders ship from our partner's warehouse in China; you receive a tracking link by email. If delivery takes longer than 30 days you may cancel the order and receive a full refund.

5. returns

Returns policy follows soon. We promise nothing we cannot keep. [The return window, the return address, who bears the cost of return shipping and the refund timing are settled before launch and stated here and on every product page.] Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original state.

6. conformity and complaints

You are entitled to a product that matches its description. If a product is faulty or does not match the page, email us within 30 days of delivery; we replace or refund at our cost. This does not limit any rights you have under the consumer law of your state.

7. disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, where we are established, without affecting the mandatory consumer protections of the state you live in. If we cannot resolve a complaint together, either of us may bring it before the competent court in the Netherlands.
